摘　　要：制药工程专业实验是制药工程专业的重要实验课程,开设综合性、设计性实验,培养学生的创新能力和综合素质是当前制药工程专业实验教学改革的重要内容。在实验中我们让学生分组选用不同的离子交换树脂来分离生育酚,通过各组实验结果的比较得到分离效果较好的树脂。这大大激发了学生实验的兴趣,化被动为主动的去研究、探索,为其接下来进入毕业设计和研究生学习阶段奠定基础。Pharmaceutical engineering experiment is an important course of pharmaceutical engineering specialty. The practice of comprehensive and designable experiments on pharmaceutical engineering courses is important for experiment teaching reform. In the experiment, different ion exchange resin was used for separation of toeopherol and better ion exchange resin was chosen through the comparison of experimental results of each group. It made students from passive to accept experimental operation flow into the active exploration and innovative experiment change and laid a solid foundation for students to enter graduation topics and graduate stage learning.
