摘  要:利用电化学工作站测试N80和Cr13两种钢在饱和CO_2油田采出液中添加不同浓度的ZK缓蚀剂的腐蚀行为,分析缓蚀剂用量对其腐蚀行为的影响规律,用高温高压反应釜借助失重法和腐蚀形貌观察确定最佳缓蚀剂用量下两种钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明:静态时,N80和Cr13钢在饱和CO_2油田采出液中分别呈现活化和钝化特征,N80钢的ZK缓蚀剂最佳用量为500 m L/L,而Cr13钢则为1 000 m L/L;动态时,N80钢缓蚀效率达97.95%,而Cr13钢则为95.20%。The corrosion behavior of N80 and Cr13 steel in CO2-saturated oilfield solution with different concentrations of ZK inhibitor was systematically studied using electrochemical measurement techniques,and the impact of inhibitor amount on its corrosion behavior was discussed. The optimal dosage was determined by using weight loss in reactor with high pressure and temperature,and by corrosion morphology observation. The results show that,when static,N80 and Cr13 steel in CO2-saturated oilfield solution show activation and passivation characteristics,respectively,and the optimum amount of ZK inhibitors for N80 steel is 500 m L/L,and for Cr13 steel is 1 000 m L/L. When dynamic,the corrosion inhibition efficiency of N80 and Cr13 steel is97.95% and 95.20%,respectively.
