摘 要:从国军标的迷彩伪装技术指标出发,对兼容伪装技术要求(可见光-近红外和热红外波段)的热反射涂层的光谱技术指标进行研究。结果表明:为满足国军标对可见光-近红外的伪装要求,兼容伪装功能的热反射涂层反射率应限定上限值,以翠绿色涂层为例,热反射涂层太阳反射率≤41.8%,近红外反射率≤72.5%方可满足伪装技术要求;通过提高涂层的太阳反射率,有助于改善日照条件下涂层的热红外伪装效能以及放宽涂层低发射率的限定值,以翠绿色涂层为例,太阳反射率为35%的热反射涂层发射率可放宽到不超过0.72,太阳反射率为41.8%的热反射涂层发射率可放宽到不超过0.81。Based on the technical index of the camouflage technical specifications of Chinese Military Standards,the requirements of spectral bands of solar-reflective coating,which is compatible with the camouflage requirements(spectral bands from visible light to near Infrared and thermal infrared),were studied. The results show that the coating can meet the requirement of Chinese Military Standards within the spectral band from visible light to near Infrared,taking emerald green coating layer as example,its solar reflectivity is less than or equal to 41.8%,near infrared reluctance is less than or equal to72.5%;increasing the solar reflectivity of the coating will be helpful to improve thermal infrared camouflage effectiveness of the coating and to extend the range of the lower emissivity. As for emerald green coating,the emissivity of the solar-reflective coating with the solar reflectivity of 35% will be able to extend less than 0.72,and the emissivity of the solar-reflective coating with the solar reflectance of 41.8% will be able to extend less than 0.81.
