摘  要:以葡萄糖在正十二醇中的饱和溶液为反应体系进行均相实验,实验结果表明,一步法制备十二烷基糖苷的反应是一串联反应,葡萄糖与正十二醇反应生成单糖苷,单糖苷继续与葡萄糖反应生成聚合度更高的糖苷分子,而且生成单糖苷的反应是可逆的。实验考察了反应温度、催化剂浓度对反应的影响,确定了各步反应活化能,确定了动力学模型的基本结构,为工业条件下动力学研究奠定了基础。Some kinetic aspects of the glycosylation of D-glucose to polyglucosides, catalyzed by dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid, were examined. A detailed reaction mechanism for the synthesis of polyglucosides with one-step method was proposed. Using several assumptions, a kinetics model at low catalyst concentration was derived from the assumed reaction mechanism. Several batch experiments were carried out to study the reaction kinetics. The developed model parameters were determined with a nonlinear optimization, minimizing the difference between the simulated and experimental data. A comparison between the simulated results and the experimental data showed that the agreements were in general satisfactory.
