SYMBIOTIC EFFECTS BETWEEN DIFFERENT R. FREDHTRAINS & SOYBEAN CULTIVARS IN VARIOUS PLANTING AREAS

摘  要:6个R.fredii血清型菌株与19个栽培大豆的结瘤试验表明:R.fredii2048和USDA 191有效结瘤率与B.japonicum USDA 110和113-2一样,达100%。其它Rfredii为69-89%。快生型菌株与来自山西、辽宁、山东等地的栽培大豆及北京黑豆、白黑豆亲和力强。 测定12株R.fredii的根瘤,其中8株在鄂豆2号的根瘤中豆血红朊含量与USDA 110相当或略高。 快慢型之间的结瘤竞争力受品种影响甚大。盆栽条件下随接种量的增大,R.fredii在根瘤中的占有率随之增加。 本研究证明选择R.fredii菌株与栽培大豆的优良组合,因地制宜,可发挥R.fredii的共生固氮效益。Experiments for testing nodulation have been conducted with 19 soybean cultivars inoculated by strains of USDA 191 & five R. fredii serogroups selected in Liao ning province, China. The results show that the effective nodulation frequencies of R. fiedii 2048 & USDA 191 serogroups are 100%, the same as B. japonicum USDA 110 & 113-2.For the other R. fredii serogroups the frequencies range from 69-89%. Strains of all 6 R. fredii serogroups with soybean cultivars from Shanxi, Liaoning, Shandong provinces and 'Beijing' soybean have better compatibility, especially for Shanxi 'Jin Do 4', the total N content of plants and nitrogenase specific activity are higher or equal than USDA 110. Symbiotic efficiency of 'Tie Feng' inoculated by R. fredii 2053, 2057 are not significant different from USDA 110 or B_(15). 'Hou Zi Mao' inoculated by 2048, 2057,2053 and USDA 191 has good nodulation. The total N content and nitrogenase specific activity are comparable with USDA 110.Leghemoglobin contents of 'E Do 2' nodules for 8 R. fredii strains of the tested 12 R. fredii strains are corresponding to those of USDA 110 or a little higher.Competitiveness between R. fredii and B. japonicum in nodules is a affected significantly by cultivars. R. fredii 2086A and 2120 gain dominance over B. japonicum in nodule of 'Hou Zi Mao' cultivar. Occupancy in nodules of R. fredii 2048 increases with raising its inoculative rate in 'Kai yu 8' & 'Ji lin 10'.This study suggests that symbiotic nitrogen fixation of R. fredii can be expected through selection of optimal combination of R. fredii strains and cultivars in line with local condition.
