摘　　要：通过查阅近年来的相关文献,以具有镇静催眠作用的中药化学活性成分的实验研究为基础,对其进行综述,大量实验结果表明,中药中不同种类的化学成分对镇静催眠作用均具有不同程度的影响,这些研究成果为研究中药的镇静催眠作用奠定了基础,同时为进一步开发利用镇静催眠的中药及其制剂提供了科学的依据。Through the review of related literature in recent years, in order to have sedative hypnotic effect of traditional Chinese medicine based on experimental research of the active ingredient, carries on the review, a large number of experimental results show that the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） in different kinds of sedative hypnotic effect all have different degrees of influence, the results of this study laid a solid foundation for the research of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） sedative hypnotic effect, at the same time for the further development and utilization of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） and preparation of sedative hypnotic, provides the scientific basis. Studies on the composition of sedative hypnotic effect.
