补肾促排卵汤对PCOS模型大鼠颗粒细胞芳香化酶的影响

摘　　要：目的通过观察补肾促排卵汤对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)模型大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞芳香化酶的影响,探讨其对PCOS卵巢局部的影响及作用机制。方法应用补肾促排卵汤作用于以脱氢表雄酮诱导的PCOS大鼠模型,采用RT-PCR法及免疫组化,检测PCOS模型大鼠颗粒细胞芳香化酶mRNA及蛋白的表达。结果补肾促排卵汤能显著提高PCOS模型大鼠颗粒细胞芳香化酶mRNA及蛋白表达(P<0.05)。结论补肾促排卵汤能提高PCOS模型大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞芳香化酶的表达,可能是补肾促排卵汤促进卵泡发育及排出的作用机制之一。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect and working mechanism of Bushen Cupailuan Decotion on ovarian granulosa cells aromatase of polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）model rats.METHODS Bushen Cupailuan Decotion was taken by PCOS model rats which were induced by dehydroepiandrosterone（DHEA）.RT-PCR and immunohistochemical methods were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of granulosa cell aromatase in PCOS model rats.RESULTS Bushen Cupailuan Decotion significantly improved the mRNA and protein expression of granulosa cell aromatase in PCOS model rats（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSION Bushen Cupailuan Decotion can improve the expression of ovarian granulosa cell aromatase in PCOS model rats,which could be one of the mechanism of Bushen Cupailuan Decotion on promoting follicular development and releasing.
