摘　　要：目前,客户偶尔会投诉化油器清洗剂喷不完或罐内余料多。为引导客户正确使用化油器清洗剂,解决喷不完的异常现象,通过单因素实验方法,研究阀门引液管长度、喷涂角度以及引液管的弯曲方向对化油器清洗剂喷出率的影响。结果表明:施工方法是影响喷出率的主要因素,并决定着化油器清洗剂是否喷得完。At present, customer wills occasionally complaints carburetor cleaner sprayed finish or the rest in tank. In order to guide the proper use of carburetor cleaning agent, to solve the abnormal phenomenon of spray finish, by single factor experiments, research the valve of the primer liquid pipe length, spray angles and the valve guide tube bending direction effect on carb cleaner spray rate. Results show that the construction method is the main factor affecting the injection rate, and determines whether the carburetor cleaning sprayed finish or not.
