摘  要:选用不同质量分数的海藻酸钠溶液分别与浓度10%的聚乙烯醇溶液混合,用旋转粘度计研究两种混合溶液的流变性,用DSC研究其相容性。结果表明:海藻酸钠溶液和聚乙烯醇溶液具有很好的相容性,其混合溶液具有一般非牛顿流体的基本特征,其牛顿指数均小于1,且共混溶液比海藻酸钠纯溶液具有更好的流动性,复合溶液的Δη值要比纯SA溶液小得多,具有更好的可纺性,纯SA溶液的粘流活化能明显大于共混溶液的粘流活化能,共混溶液的表观粘度对温度依赖较小。This paper argued that the main elements of the alginate fibers are sodium alginate. Composite system were prepared respectively by composite system of sodium alginate and blended solution of sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol. The theology behavior and compatibility of spinning solution were characterized by Brookfield viscometer ( Model RVDV - C) and DSC. This report shows blend solution of sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol is a typical kind of non - Newtonian fluid. Composite solution of sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol has good compatibility, and it is also a typical kind of pseudoplastic fluid. The fluidity of composite solution is better than pure solution of sodium alginate. The apparent viscosity is decline with the shear rate increased ; when the temperature raises, the viscosity deeline. The non - Newtonian index, viscosity flow activation energy and structure viscosity index are changed.
