摘  要:以水解角蛋白为底物,3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为接枝单体,在碱性条件下通过开环加成反应合成了阳离子角蛋白,采用傅立叶红外线光谱仪对自制的阳离子角蛋白的结构进行表征,研究了阳离子角蛋白絮凝剂对制革染色加脂废水的絮凝效果,考察了絮凝剂加入量、pH和絮凝时间对絮凝效果的影响,通过场发射扫描电镜对絮凝机理进行了初步探讨.实验结果表明:制得的絮凝剂对制革染色加脂废水有较好的絮凝效果.当絮凝剂加入量为250mg·L-1、溶液pH为4,絮凝时间为4h时,对化学需氧量(CODCr)的去除率达到61%,对悬浮物(SS)的去除率可达到95%.The synthesis of keratin-g-3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride(CHPTAC)was carried out in an alkali medium and the structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy-FTIR.Flocculation performance of cationic keratin was evaluated using dyeing and fatliquoring wastewater from leather making process.The factors affected the flocculation efficiency were investigated,include optimal dosage,pH and flocculation time.Flocculation mechanism was investigated by scanning electron microscopy-SEM.The experimental results show that:the self-made cationic keratin have good effect on dyeing and fatliquoring wastewater from leather making process.The flocculant dosage 250mg/L,the solution pH 3,the flocculant time 6h,the removal rate of COD can reached at 61%,also the removal rate of suspended solids can reached at 95%.
