摘  要:现行的全面提升本科毕业论文质量的改革遭遇资源与体制的限制,双轨并行的论文指导体系可以灵活、高效地解决其问题:即一方面立足于大众化教育视野,以他组织理论为基础,渐次完善当今指导体系,总体提高毕业论文质量;一方面立足于精英教育视野,构建"以奖代罚"、内外结合的评价机制,发挥科研组织的自组织作用,达到既能提高论文质量、又能从本科阶段就提前加大对优秀人才培养力度的目标。Because of the limitation in the management mechanism and resources, it is difficult to promote totally the quality of undergraduate thesis. Two-handed system can solve problems encountered flexibly and efficiently: on the one hand, from the perspective of mass education and hetero-organization, thesis instructing mechanism can be gradually improved and consequently the quality of thesis is guaranteed;on the other hand, from the perspective of elitist education, an evaluation mechanism attaching importance to "rewards" instead of the current one which takes "punishment" as main method should be formed and this will bring about spontaneously the self-organization between teachers and students, which can not only accomplish the thesis smoothly, but also have the effect of training talents in the period of undergraduate.
