摘　　要：白头翁是常用传统中药,三萜皂苷类是其主要药效成分,具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌、抗氧化等药理作用。归纳总结白头翁中主要的三萜皂苷类成分,并对其主要药理作用进行综述,为进一步开发利用白头翁提供参考。pulsatilla chinensis （Bunge） Rege is a common traditional Chinese medicine, with triterpenoid saponns as its mare active components. It is also proven to possess many effects, such as anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, and anti-oxidation ac- tivities. The present paper reviews the main chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Pulsatilla saponin, which could pro- vide a guidance for the further research and development of Pulsatilla chinensis.
