摘　　要：举例介绍常克教授治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎肾虚血尿之经验。常师认为肾之病有寒热之辨;寒者,肿之为多;热者,尿血为甚。邪伏少阴,烁伤络脉,血渗于膀胱,则尿血久不消。血尿不愈,属肾虚者,当以滋肾降火、敛阴摄血,选方知柏地黄汤合二至炭丸随证加减,使血尿止。The paper illustrated Professor Chang Ke＇s experience of treating chindren with Purpura nephritis of renal hematuria. Pro- fessor Chang considered the causes of the kidney disease were nothing more than heat or cold. The Cold, dropsy as mush ;heat,why hematuria. Evil on the Shaoyin meridian, heat injury collaterals, blood seeping from the bladder, hematturia persistence for a long time not fade. Hematturia often deferred and difficult to cure, genus deficiency of kidney;Treatment when nourishing the kidneys to reduce pathogenic fire,astringing yin to control blood. Election prescription for zhibai dihuang decoction combined erzhi carbon pills addition and subtraction,hematuria disappears.
