摘 要:目的:探讨复方甘麦大枣颗粒对动物抑郁模型的抗抑郁作用。方法:采用小鼠强迫游泳试验、悬尾试验、跳台试验和利血平引起大鼠排空脑内单胺神经递质抑郁模型。结果:复方甘麦大枣颗粒21.25 g/kg和42.5g/kg剂量组可明显延长小鼠强迫游泳累计不动时间。21.25 g/kg剂量组延长小鼠悬尾累计不动时间。与空白组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。复方甘麦大枣颗粒可明显缩短逃避至平台上的潜伏期EL(s),减少错误次数。可对抗利血平排空脑内单胺神经递质多巴胺(DA)和脑内皮质酮(CORT)浓度。结论:复方甘麦大枣颗粒可以改善动物抑郁行为,具有抗抑郁作用,其机制可能与改善脑内单胺类神经递质多巴胺(DA)传递,降低皮质激素分泌有关。Objective: To investigate the antidepressant effect of compound Ganmai Dazao particles for depressive animal models. Methods: Using the mouse forced swimming test,tail suspension test,jumping trials and reserpine to empty the brain monoamine neurotransmitters in rat model of depression. Results: 21. 25 g / kg and 42. 5 g / kg dose groups of compound Ganmai Dazao particles can significantly prolong the accumulative immobility time of mouse forced swimming test.21. 25 g / kg dose group can extend the accumulative immobility time of the tail suspension. There was a significant difference compared with the blank group( P 〈0. 05,P〈0. 01). Compound Ganmai Dazao particles can obviously shorten the escape latency to platform on the EL( s) and reduce the number of errors and antagonize reserpine emptying the brain monoamine neurotransmitters dopamine( DA) and the brain corticosterone( CORT) concentrations. Conclusion: Compound Ganmai Dazao particles may improve behavior of depressive animals and has antidepressant effects. Its mechanism may be related to the improvement of the brain monoamine neurotransmitters dopamine( DA) transferring and the decrease of the cortical hormone secretion.
