中医整体治疗五联法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医整体治疗五联法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(寒湿痹阻证)临床疗效、适应证、安全性及应用注意事项。方法:将140例符合入组标准腰椎间盘突出症患者单盲随机分为两组,治疗组90例,用自拟订中医整体治疗五联法治疗;对照组50例,采用使用基础治疗配合消炎镇痛药等。结果:治疗组:治愈50例占55%,显效18例占20%,有效14例占15%,总有效率90%;对照组:治愈20例占40%,显效8例占15%,有效13例占25%,总有效率80%。结论:治疗组的总有效率优于对照组,中医整体治疗五联法治疗腰推间盘突出症(寒湿痹阻证)效果明显,无明显不良反应。Objective： To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Wulian integrated treatment on the cervical spondylosis. Methods： 140 cases of cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into treatment group（ 90 cases）and contrast group（ 50 cases）. The treatment group used routine therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Wulian integrated treatment. We observed 2 groups＇ cervical spondylosis symptoms,improved conditions and clinical curative effect. Results： Traditional Chinese medicine Wulian integrated？ treatment has obvious curative effect on cervical spondylosis. Obvious adverse reactions have not been found. Conclusion： Traditional Chinese medicine Wulian integrated treatment can alleviate symptoms of cervical spondylosis.
