复方银杏胶囊对阴虚阳亢证高血压病患者眩晕、血压及血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察复方银杏胶囊对高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者眩晕、血压和血压变异性的影响。方法:将患者随机分到治疗组和对照组,治疗1个月。对照组予西药降压药常规治疗,治疗组加用复方银杏胶囊(2粒/次,2次/d)。治疗1月前后分别记录患者眩晕程度积分,监测两组患者24 h动态血压(24 h ABP)各参数,比较前后眩晕程度、平均心率、平均血压和标准差,分析复方银杏胶囊的作用。结果:治疗1月后,与对照组比较,治疗组眩晕程度改善显著(P<0.01),24 h平均心率、夜间平均收缩压(NSBP)、白昼收缩压标准差(DBPV)、白昼舒张压标准差(DDBPV)有所下降(P<0.05),24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、白昼平均收缩压(DSBP)、24 h收缩压标准差(24h SBPV)、白昼收缩压标准差(DSBPV)下降明显(P<0.01)。结论:复方银杏胶囊联合西药可以改善阴虚阳亢证高血压病患者眩晕症状,降低心率、血压及血压变异性。Objectives： To explore the effect of Compound Yinxing Capsule on dizziness,blood pressure and blood pressure variability of hypertensive patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity. Methods： Patients were randomly assigned to control group with standard medications for hypertension and treatment group with addition of Compound Yinxing Capsule（ 2 granules / time,twice a day） during 1 month. The degree of dizziness and the parameters of 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure（ 24 h ABP） were recorded around the treatment in 2 groups. Results： After 1 month treatment,compared with control group,in treatment group,degree of dizziness was significantly improved（ P 〈0. 01） and average heart rate in 24 h,NSBP,DBPV and DDBPV were decreased（ P 〈0. 05） and 24 h SBP,DSBP,24 h SBPV and DSBPV were obviously declined（ P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Compound Yinxing Capsule could ameliorate dizziness,blood pressure and blood pressure variability of hypertensive patients with syndrome of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.
