安神锁阳方治疗早泄的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析早泄患者应用口服自拟安神锁阳方治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2012年9月—2014年10月就诊的90例早泄患者,根据治疗方法的不同进行分组,对照组45例患者给予口服盐酸曲唑酮治疗,实验组45例患者则给予口服自拟安神锁阳方治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及观察两组患者治疗前后射精潜伏期(IELT)、夫妻双方性满意度以及中医症状积分的情况、用药后不良反应发生情况。结果:实验组患者经治疗后的总有效率(95.55%)明显高于对照组治疗后的总有效率(68.89%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗后射精潜伏期(IELT)(6.93±3.42)min、夫妻双方性满意度(3.73±1.23)分、中医症状积分(2.24±1.22)分明显优于对照组患者治疗后射精潜伏期(IELT)(4.56±3.08)min、夫妻双方性满意度(2.32±1.31)分、中医症状积分(7.56±1.39)分,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者用药后的不良反应发生率(0.00%)明显低于对照组患者用药后的不良反应发生率(26.67%),统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论:早泄患者应用口服自拟安神锁阳方治疗的临床效果显著,延长了患者的射精潜伏期,提高了夫妻双方性满意度,降低了患者的中医症状积分,有效改善了患者的临床症状,用药后无不良反应发生,安全可靠,可以在临床上推广运用。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of premature ejaculation patients using oral Anshen Suoyang Decoction. Methods： During September 2012 to October 2014 in our hospital,90 cases of patients with premature ejaculation were grouped according to the different methods of treatment. 45 cases in the control group were treated with oral trazodone treatment and another 45 cases of patients in the experimental group were given oral Anshen Suoyang Decoction. Two groups＇ clinical curative effect were observed before and after treatment. The ejaculatory latency（ IELT）,the incidence of adverse reaction of sexual satisfaction and TCM symptoms integral situation were analyzed after treatment.Results： After treatment,the experimental group＇s total effective rate（ 95. 55%） was significantly higher than the control group＇s（ 68. 89%） after treatment and there was statistica significance（ P 〈0. 05）. After treatment,the experimental group＇s ejaculatory latency（ IELT）（ 6. 93 ± 3. 42） min,a couple of satisfaction（ 3. 73 ± 1. 23）,Chinese medicine symptom score（ 2. 24 ± 1. 22） points,significantly better than the control group＇s ejaculation latency（ IELT）（ 4. 56 ± 3. 08）min,a couple of satisfaction（ 2. 32 ± 1. 31）,Chinese medicine symptom score（ 7. 56 ± 1. 39）（ P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group after treatment（ 0%） was significantly lower than the control group ＇s（ 26. 67%）（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect in patients with premature ejaculation of oral Anshen Suoyang Decoction can significantly prolong the latency of ejaculation,improve sexual satisfaction and reduce the TCM symptoms integral patients and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,with no adverse reaction occurred after the drug. It is safe and reliable,and can be applied in clinic.
