强肾固精方联合ACEI类药物改善慢性肾小球肾炎早期肾损害的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察强肾固精方联合ACEI类药物改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者的早期肾损害。方法:160例慢性肾小球肾炎患者随机分为观察组(强肾固精方联合盐酸贝那普利组)和对照组(盐酸贝那普利组),每组各80例。观察两组患者治疗前后半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(胱抑素C)和内生肌酐清除率的变化情况。结果:观察组在降低半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C和内生肌酐清除率方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强肾固精方联合ACEI类药物可明显降低半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C和内生肌酐清除率,对改善慢性肾炎的早期肾损害有良好的疗效。Objective： To observe the effects of Qiangshen Gujing Decoction combined with ACEI drugs to improve early renal damage in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods： 160 patients of chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly divided into the observation group（ Qiangshen Gujing Decoction combined with benazepril hydrochloride group）and control group（ benazepril hydrochloride group）,80 cases in each group. Before and after treatment,patients＇ with C（ cysteine proteinase inhibitor cystatin C） and endogenous creatinine clearance rate were observed. Results： The observation group＇s reduction of cystatin C and creatinine clearance rate were significantly better than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qiangshen Gujing Decoction combined with ACEI drugs can significantly reduce the serum cystatin C and creatinine clearance rate. There is a good therapeutic effect on early renal damage in the improvement of chronic nephritis.
