高寒地区住宅南阳台形态演变分析

摘　　要：半个世纪以来，大兴安岭地区住宅南阳台的形态一直处于不断演变之中，本文结合该地区的住宅政策、居住观念、动静流线、采光影响等因素加以分析其变化原因，并提出较为合理的南阳台形式，对该地区的住宅设计有一定指导意义。Over the past half-century, the forms of residential south balcony in Daxinganling Region have been constantly changing, this article combines the regional housing policies, the concept of living, static and dynamic streamline, day-lighting effects and other factors to analyze the reason of this change, and put forward the reasonable form which has certain guiding significance for the residential building design in this region.
