益气活血方治疗肿瘤化疗所致白细胞减少临床观察

摘　　要：目的：研究中药益气活血方治疗肿瘤患者因化疗而导致白细胞减少症的疗效,为临床肿瘤患者的治疗提供理论依据。方法：选择肿瘤晚期患者经1~2个疗程化疗后白细胞减少患者198例,随机数字表法分为两组,其中治疗组108例,对照组90例。治疗组用中药益气活血方加减治疗,对照组用利可君片口服治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.4%。对照组总有效率为67.8%。两组疗效经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗前两组白细胞数均低于正常值,但无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗3周后,治疗组白细胞数较前相比明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。对照组显效时间最短3 d,最长14 d,平均8 d,但白细胞升至正常以上维持的时间短,临床症状改变不明显;治疗组虽起效慢,显效时间最短5 d,最长16 d,平均11 d,但维持白细胞计数大于正常的时间长,临床症状改变明显,尤其是神疲乏力、头晕目眩、纳差呕恶、口咽干燥等症状较治疗前有明显好转。结论：益气活血方治疗肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症,能明显的升高白细胞,改善临床症状,并且具有价格低廉,副反应少等优点。Objective： To study the therapeutic effect of Yiqi huoxue Decoction in the treatment of leucopenia induced by cancer chemotherapy and to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of cancer patients. Methods： 198 patients with advanced cancer patients treated by 1- 2 chemotherapy were randomly divided into 2 groups,108 cases in treatment group and 90 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction and the control group with Leucogen Tablets oral treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 95. 4% in the treatment group. The total effective rate was 67. 8% in the control group. The efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. The white blood cell count in two groups before treatment were lower than normal value but there was no statistical significance（ P〉 0. 05）. After 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group＇s white blood cell count was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. Control group＇s markedly effective shortest time was 3 days and longest 14 days with an average of 8 days,but white blood cells rose to above normal maintenance time was short. The changes in clinical symptoms were not obvious. Although the effect of the treatment group was slow and the shortest effective time was 5 days and the longest 16 days with an average of 11 days,but to maintain white blood cell count greater than normal need longer time. The significant changes in clinical symptoms,especially fatigue,dizziness,anorexia,vomiting,oropharyngeal drying symptoms compared with those before treatment were significantly improved. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Yiqi huoxue Decoction in the treatment of leucopenia induced by cancer chemotherapy can significantly increase the white blood cells,improve clinical symptoms and has the advantages of low price,fewer side effects and so on.
