枯草杆菌二联活菌胶囊联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗脑卒中后便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察枯草杆菌二联活菌胶囊联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗脑卒中后便秘的效果。方法选取2014年1-12月本院收治的60例脑卒中后便秘患者,将其随机分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用基础治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加服枯草杆菌二联活菌胶囊和苁蓉通便口服液,比较两组治疗1、2周后的效果。结果研究组无论是治疗1周后还是2周后的临床疗效均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,且无严重不良反应发生。研究组腹痛、腹胀的发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）,但两组腹泻的发生率差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论枯草杆菌二联活菌胶囊联合苁蓉通便口服液治疗脑卒中后便秘,既可改善患者的肠道微生态,又可促进肠蠕动,能快速、安全地改善便秘症状。Objective To observe the effect of live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with Congrongtongbian oral liquid in the treatment of constipation after cerebral apoplexy. Methods60 patients with constipation after cerebral apoplexy in our hospital from January to December in 2014 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,each group had 30 cases.The control group was given foundation treatment,the study group was received live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules and Congrongtongbian oral liquid on the basis of control group.The treatment effects in two groups were compared after 1 and 2 weeks of treatment. Results The clinical efficacy in study group was better than that of the control group after 1 week or 2 weeks of treatment（P〈0.05）,and there was no serious adverse reaction.The incidence of abdominal pain and abdominal distension in study group was lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups of the diarrhea rate（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsules combined with Congrongtongbian oral liquid in the treatment of constipation after cerebral apoplexy can improve intestinal micro ecological and promote intestinal peristalsis,and can quickly and safely improve the symptoms of constipation.
