2012年1月～2014年12月我院呼吸科头孢菌素类抗菌药物的应用分析

摘　　要：目的了解我院呼吸科头孢菌素类抗菌药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法采用用药频度﹙DDDs﹚分析法,对我院呼吸科2012年1月-2014年12月头孢菌素类抗菌药物的销售金额、DDDs等进行排序和分析。结果近3年来,我院呼吸科应用头孢菌素类药物的销售金额总体呈上升趋势,DDDs基本持平。2012、2013年第一代头孢菌素占主流,2014年第二、三代头孢的DDDs远超于第一代头孢,其中第二代头孢的销售金额与DDDs居首。结论我院呼吸科头孢菌素抗菌药物的应用比较合理,但还需进一步规范,以控制或减缓细菌耐药性的发展速度,促进安全、有效、经济地应用此类药物。Objective To explore the application situation of cephalosporins antibacterial agents in pneumology department of our hospital and to provide reference to clinical rational drug use. Methods Defined daily dose system（DDDs）was applied,and the sales amount and DDDs of cephalosporins used in pneumology department of our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were ranked and analyzed. Results In recent 3 years,the sales amount of cephalosporins used in pneumology department of our hospital was showed an increasing tendency,while DDDs nearly held the line.In2012 and 2013,cephalosporins of generation 1 was the main aspect,while in 2014,DDDs of cephalosporin generation 2and 3 was far more than generation 1,and the cephalosporins of generation 2 leaded the sales amount and DDDs. Conclusion The application of cephalosporins in pneumology department of our hospital is relatively reasonabl,but still need to further standardize,to contral or slow the development of bacterial drug resistance,and to facilitate the safety,effectivene and economical efficiency in use of cephalosporin.
