摘  要:目的建立HPLC法测定复方康肤搽剂中水杨酸和醋酸地塞米松的含量的方法。方法采用Agilent1100高效液相色谱仪同时测定复方康肤搽剂中水杨酸和醋酸地塞米松的含量,色谱柱Agilent 5HC-C18(2)(4.6mm×250mm;5μm);流动相为:0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至3.0):乙腈(60:40),检测波长240nm,柱温30℃,进样量10μl。结果水杨酸在1.068-10.68μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=1887X+325.74(r=0.9997);醋酸地塞米松在0.0202—0.2018μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:Y=2055.4X+0.1304(r=1);水杨酸和醋酸地塞米松样品平均回收率分别为100.91%(RSD=0.38%)和101.67%(RSD=0.94%)。结论该方法操作简单,定量准确,适合该制剂中两组分含量的同时测定。Objective To establish a determination method of salicylic acid and dexamethasone acetate content in compound Kangfu liniment by HPLC. Methods Agilent 1100 HPLC was used to simultaneously determinate the content of salicylic acid and dexamethasone acetate in compound Kangfu liniment. The column was agilent 5 HC-C18 (2)(4.6mm×250mm;5μm); mobile phase was 0.025 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH=3.0):acetonitrile (60:40); the detection wavelength was 240 nm; the column temperature was 30 ℃; and the injection volume was 10 μl.Results Salicylic acid had a good linear correlation with the peak area within the range of 1.068 μg to 10.68 μg, and the regression equation was Y=1887X+325.74 (r=0.9997). Dexamethasone acetate had a good linear correlation with the peak area within the range of 0.0202 μg to 0.2015 μg, and the regression equation was Y=2055.4X+0. 1304(r=1). The average sample recovery rates of salicylic acid and dexamethasone acetate were 100.91% (RSD= 0.38%) and 101.67%(RSD=0.94%), respectively. Conclusion HPLC method has the advantages of easy operation and accurate quantitation, which is suitable for the simultaneous content determination of salicylic acid and dexamethasone acetate in compound Kangfu liniment.
