摘 要:针对输电杆塔钢构件腐蚀后降低构件极限承载力并影响塔架整体结构安全性问题,提出了一种从整体结构出发评估受腐蚀杆塔安全性的方法,即基于层次分析法将输电杆塔分为4层,再根据每层构件按受力特点和重要程度进行分类,用腐蚀裕度定义构件的安全指标,并以此求解各层及整体结构的安全度,工程实例验证该方法可延长杆塔使用寿命,可为杆塔维护检修及优化设计提供参考依据。In view of the corrosion of steel components weakened its ultimate bearing capacity and endangered the structural safety of transmission tower,this paper put forward a method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the safety of corrosion tower.According to AHP,the transmission tower was divided into four layers and the components of each layer were classified into three categories.Corrosion allowance was used to define the security index so that the hierarchical and structural safety could be calculated.Finally,an engineering example verified that this method can prolong the service life of the tower,which provides reference for maintenance and optimization design of transmission tower.
