摘　　要：介绍了传统环氧树脂灌浆泵搅拌不均、流量较小、压力不可控三个方面的问题,并针对这些问题进行改进,研制出一种压力可调式环氧树脂灌浆泵。这种新型灌浆泵由灌浆装置、搅拌装置、回流装置及灌浆管道几部分组成,具有搅拌均匀、施工快速、压力可调等优点。同时介绍了新型环氧树脂灌浆泵西安地铁堵漏工程中的应用情况。The article introduces three problems for traditional epoxy resin grouting pump： uneven mixing, small flow rate and uncontrollable pressure. It made some modifications as per these problems and developed a type of pressure adjustable epoxy resin grouting pump. The new pump is composed of grouting device, mixing device, reflux device and grouting pipe. It has the advantages of even mixing, fast application and controllable pressure etc. Meanwhile, the article introduces the application situations of the new type epoxy resin grouting pump in Xi＇an subway leaking stoppage project.
