传统农业区农户土地流转意愿影响因素分析——基于湖北省441户农户的实证研究

摘　　要：利用湖北省6市(州)传统农业区441户农户问卷调查的数据,分析发现当前大部分农户都有土地流转的意愿。采用Logit模型分析的结果表明,户主的职业、健康状况、家庭总收入中种植业比重、地区经济发展水平、中介组织和产权稳定性是影响农户土地流转意愿的共同因素,基于研究结论提出了针对性的政策建议。Analyzing the data of the questionnaire survey of 441 households in 6 cities （state） of Hubei Province ,finding most farmers have willingness of land transfer. The results of Logit model analysis showed that occupation, health status, proportion of planting industry in family income, regional economic development level, intermediary organizations and stability of property rights are the common factors that affect the willingness of farmers＇ land transfer. Some policy suggestions were put forward based on the conclusion of the research.
