摘 要:为了探索磁场对重介旋流器分选效果的影响,构建了两产品煤泥重介旋流器磁调控分选系统。通过对线圈位置及励磁电流大小的调节,进行了不同磁场强度、磁场位置以及磁场组合方式下粗煤泥分选试验。试验表明,外加磁场能够有效提高旋流器分选密度,且组合磁场较单线圈磁场提升效果更明显。应用ANSYS有限元软件对所用线圈进行磁场特性模拟分析,初步揭示了磁场作用下提高重介旋流器分选密度的原因是:径向磁场力强化了磁性颗粒的离心运动,轴向磁场力强化了磁性颗粒向线圈中心的聚积,在二者综合作用下旋流器磁场作用区域内的介质质量浓度升高,从而提高了旋流器的分选密度。提供了一种新的旋流器分选密度调节方法,对选煤厂降低介质消耗、提高效益以及提升自动化水平具有一定意义。In order to explore the influence of magnetic field on separation effects of the dense medium cyclone,the magnetic field control and separation system of a two-product coal slime dense medium cyclone was constructed. Through controlling the position of the coil and the density of excitation current,the tests for separation of coarse coal slime at various density and location of the magnetic field as well as various combination of magnetic field were conducted. The test results showed: the added magnetic field effectively increased the separation density of the cyclone,and the combined magnetic field had better lifting effects than single-coil magnetic field. In addition,ANSYS was applied to simulate and analyze the characteristics of the magnetic field formed by coils,the causes of the density of the dense medium cyclone increasing under the action of the magnetic field were determined as: the radial magnetic force reinforced the centrifugal motion of magnetic particles,the axial magnetic force reinforced the aggregation of magnetic particles towards the coil center,thus the mass density of the media in the action zone of the magnetic field rose under the comprehensive action of the above two,and the separation density of the cyclone enhanced. The paper proposed a new approach of controlling the separation density of the cyclone,which was of great signifi cance to reduce the medium consumption and promote economic benefit and automation level in coal washery.
