摘　　要：人类社会正步入数据驱动时代,数据驱动正在成为世界各国和地区的创新战略和未来规划的核心思想和重要政策,中国政府2015年初以来也密集地出台了一系列与数据驱动相关的政策文件。在此时代背景下,图情事业也步入了数据共享与智慧融合的发展轨道。本文探讨了数据驱动时代图情人才培养的创新转型问题:培养大数据的领军人物、卓越的工程师和创新团队,并从宏观、中观和微观进行多层次的创新变革分析。Human society is stepping into the era of data driven, data driven is becoming the core idea and important policy of the innovation strategy and the future planning of the countries and regions in the world. Since the beginning of 2015, the Chinese government has introduced a series of policy documents related to data driven, Under this background of era, LIS business is stepping into data sharing and wisdom development track fusion. This paper discussed the transformation of Inovation of LIS personal training, in the data drivea era. Data driven era calls for the leader of the big data, excellent engineers and innovative team, and from the macro, meso and micro levels of innovation.
