摘 要:为降低普碳钢炼钢生产成本,从脱氧工艺的优化、脱氧材料的选择等方面开展了系统的研究,对常用脱氧材料的脱氧能力进行了热力学分析,并对其经济性进行了评估,制定了适宜于普碳钢的脱氧工艺技术:在转炉出钢过程加入便宜的增碳剂进行预脱氧,再加硅铁脱氧及硅锰合金进行脱氧合金化处理,最后在吹氩站喂铝线深脱氧。新工艺采用后,生产过程稳定,产品成分和全氧含量变化不大,钢包渣中Fe O含量控制更加稳定,脱氧合金成本降低6.68元/t。Optimization of deoxidization process and choice of new kinds of deoxidizers were studied systematically to reduce production cost of plain carbon steel. Deoxidation ability of common deoxidizing material was analysed by thermodynamic analysis, and the costs of different deoxidizers were evaluated, and appropriate deoxidization processes had been formulated. Concretely, cheap carburant was added to molten steel during tapping process for pre-deoxidization, and then silicon iron and silicon-manganese alloy were added to molten steel for deoxidization and alloying treatment. Lastly, aluminum wire was fed for deep deoxidization in the argon bubbling station. With the application of the new technology, the production system run smoothly, and the components and total oxygen content of the product could be controlled in the required range, and furthermore, the FeO content became more Stable. On this basis, the cost of deoxidizer alloys reduced by 6.68 yuan/t.
