摘 要:通过理论计算与工业试验开发了180t钢包喂实芯钙包芯线工艺。理论计算结果表明,对于直径9n如,芯皮厚度为0.75nm的包芯线,其理论最小喂丝速度为1.48m/s。工业试验结果表明,喂丝速度在2~3m/s时,喂线速度越大,金属钙的收得率越小。当喂丝速度为2m/s时,钙的收得率达到26.9%;与使用钙铁包芯线相比,使用实芯钙包芯线,精炼工位的钙收得率提高了16.9%,吨钢成本可降低6.4元。Pure-calcium corded wire feeding process in 180 t ladle was developed by theory calculation and industrial experiments. The calculation results indicated that the wire feeding speed should be more than 1.48 m/s with the corded wire of the diameter of 9 mm and the core skin thickness of 0.75 mm. Industrial experimental results showed that the calcium yield increased with the decrease of the feeding speed at the range of 2 - 3 m/s, and maximum calcium yield was 26.9 % when the feeding speed was 2 m/s. In comparison with ferro-calcium corded wire feeding process, the calcium yield increased by 16.9 %, and the wire feeding cost decreased by 6.4 yuan using pure-calcium corded wire feeding process.
