摘　　要：目的研究男男性行为接触者（MSM）HIV感染的情况及其影响因素。方法2012—2014年，利用方便抽样方法在MSM活动场所招募研究对象，最终3366名调查对象进行了问卷调查和抽血检测，使用矿检验进行单因素分析，筛选出有统计学意义的影响因素后再使用多因素Logistic回归分析影响HIV感染的因素。结果HIV初筛阳性723人，初筛阳性率21．48％，HIV确认阳性124人，阳性率3．68％；梅毒检测结果阳性614人，阳性率18．29％。经Logistic回归分析后，对HIV感染有显著性影响的因素包括年龄、文化程度（初中、大专及以上）、最近3个月的男性伴侣数、是否知道结果、最近3个月与男性肛交时使用安全套、梅毒检测结果。结论广州MSM加大艾滋病由高危人群向一般人群传播的风险，加强干预，增加健康宣教活动，提高艾滋病防治知识知晓率和安全套使用率，有效降低HIV感染。Objective To study the behavior characteristics and the influencing factors of HIV infection among men who have sex with men （MSM） in Guangzhou City. Methods From2012 to 2014,the respondents were recruited in MSM venues using convenient sampling method, eventually, 3 366 subjects were carried out the questionnaire survey and collect the blood samples. First the single factor analysis was performed by Chi-square test to screen out statistically significant influence factors. Second the multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the influence factors of HIV infection. Results 723 subjects were screening positive of HIV, and the screening positive rate was 21.48 %.124 respondents were confirmed positive of HIV, and the confirmed positive rate was 3.68 %.The positive rate of syphilis was 18.29 %. By logistic regression analysis, the significant influence factors of HIV infection include age, education level （junior high school and junior college and above）, the number of male partners in recent three months, whether know the results of HIV, the use of condoms when have sex with men in the last three months and syphilis detection results. Conclusions In Guangzhou City, MSM have become a bridge population that HIV spread from high-risk group to the general population. To reduce HIV infection effectively, we need to strengthen the intervention, increase healthy education activities, improve the rate of AIDS prevention awareness and condom use.
