摘 要:采用化学氧化聚合法,以邻甲基苯胺为单体,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,HCl、HClO_4、H_2SO_4为掺杂剂合成了掺杂态聚邻甲基苯胺。通过紫外、红外光谱对聚邻甲基苯胺的结构进行表征。对于涂覆含有本征态聚邻甲基苯胺(POTEB)或掺杂聚邻甲基苯胺/环氧树脂(EP)复合涂料的冷轧钢片涂层试样,测定了其物理性能和在3.5%(质量分数,下同)NaCl溶液中的电化学行为。结果表明,硫酸掺杂聚邻甲基苯胺(POT-H_2SO_4)涂层的耐蚀性优于其他涂层的,POT-H_2SO_4涂层的腐蚀电流最低(2.108×10^(-7)mA/cm^2),腐蚀电位最高(-0.596V),电化学阻抗幅值达到4×105Ω·cm2。Doped poly-o-touifine was prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization with o-toluidine as monomers, ammonium persulfate as oxidant and HC1, HClO4, H2SO4 as doping acid. The structures of the products were characterized by UV-visible and FT-IR spectra. The cold rolled steel piece was coated by poly-o-touifine (POT-EB) or doped poly-o-touifine and epoxy resin (EP) composite coatings. The physical performance and electrochemical performance in 3. 5wt% NaCL solution were tested. The results show that the corrosion resistane of coating containing POT-HzSO4/EP was better than others, which had a minimum corrosion current of 2. 108 × 10^-7 mA, a highest corrosion potential of -0. 596 V(SCE), impedance value of 4× 10^5 Ω· cm^2.
