摘 要:在氰化体系中使用电沉积方法在铜基表面分别制备了纯银和纯银/银石墨复合镀层。通过XRD(X射线衍射)、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)和FESEM(场发射扫描电子显微镜)对两种镀层的成分和形貌进行了对比分析,并建立复合镀层的生长模型。研究表明,纯银镀层平整致密,由银组成;纯银/银石墨镀层粗糙疏松,镀层含银和石墨,其中银的生长呈现出由球状到块状,再由块状到岛状的线性生长模式。The silver coating and fine silver/Ag-graphite composite coatings were prepared on copper by electrodeposition in cyanide system, respectively. The phase constituents and morphology of the two coatings were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM). The growth model of composite coating was established. The results indicate that the silver coating consisting of sterling silver is smooth and dense. However, the fine silver/Ag-graphite composite coating composed of sliver and graphite is rough and loose. The growth pattern of Ag in the silver-graphite coating was as follows: spherical Ag changed to stacking Ag firstly, and then stacking Ag changed to island Ag with a linear growth pattern.
