摘　　要：该文通过对南京市近年工业危废转移处理处置及综合利用现状和现有补偿政策的调查分析,梳理出存在的主要问题,提出了建立工业危废转移处理处置生态补偿机制、完善管理政策等方面的对策建议。Through the investigation and analysis of the present situation and the existing compensation policy of industrial hazardous waste transfer in Nanjing, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on establishing the ecological compensation mechanism and improving the management policy.
