摘　　要：培养出能够适应社会发展形式、满足企业需求的高素质应用型人才是高等教育领域面临的一项重要课题。该文运用现代企业化管理手段,进行了"企业化班级"管理模式的探索,构建了班级管理模式、细化班级管理岗位职责、规范班费使用管理流程、制定班级工作计划与实施管理等措施,力求将学生培养成具有自主管理、善于独立沟通运作、自主快速解决实际问题等技能的高素质应用型人才。In order to meet the needs of applied talents for the society and enterprises, it is an important task to cultivate applied talents with all-around development. This paper utilized the modern enterprise management mode to construct the hierarchy-managing mode, refine the management responsibilities, standardize class financial manage- ment process and establish the work plan for a class and implement management and other measures, for cultivating students with independent management and operation as well as good communication. This managing measures can help them solve practical problems and adapt the social development and needs of enterprise.
