摘　　要：介绍了LEED绿色建筑认证评估体系,分析了LEED认证评估体系对建筑施工管理的具体要求,提出了LEED认证体系下建筑施工应采取的具体措施,包括水土流失与沉降控制、光污染控制、资源节约与再利用、废物回收、建筑材料与主要构件、大气环境保护、绿色施工教育等7个方面。对LEED认证体系下的建筑施工监管配合进行了剖析。This article first introduces LEED evaluation system of green buildings certification, andanalyzesthe specific requirements of the LEED evaluation system for construction management. The article proposes thatsomespecific measures of construction works under the LEED certification system, including seven aspects of the control of soil erosion and sedimentation, the control of light pollution, resource saving and recycle, waste recovery, building materials and principal components, atmospheric environment protection and green construction education, etc. Finally, the article analyzes the construction supervision underthe LEEDcertification system.
