摘　　要：目的 探讨选择性痔上粘膜切除术（TST）联合芍倍注射治疗重度混合痔的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2013年12月收治的180例重度混合痔患者,观察组86例施行TST术联合芍倍注射,对照组94例行吻合器痔上粘膜环切术（PPH）,观察并比较两组临床疗效.结果 在术中出血、术后疼痛程度、术后排尿困难及术后吻合口狭窄发生率方面观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）;在手术时间、住院时间、术后复发率方面观察组和对照组差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 TST联合芍倍注射治疗重度混合痔较PPH术更具有安全、有效、微创、中远期疗效好等特点.Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tissue-selecting therapy stapler （TST） combined with Shaobei injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods The clinical data of 180 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids treated at our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into an observation group （n=86） and a control group （n=94）.The observation group were treated with TST and Shaobei injection and the control group PPH.The clinical efficacies of these two groups were observed and compared.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative pain, postoperative dysuria and anastomotic stenosis rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）;There were no statistical differences in operation time, hospitalization time, and postoperative recurrence rate between these two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusions TST in combination with Shaobei injection in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids is safer and more effective and minimally invasive and has better long-term curative effect than PPH.
