摘　　要：郭罗克是聚居在今青海省西南部的藏族地区,在清代这里经常发生劫掠往来官商的事件,清廷多次对于类似劫掠事件展开调查或者问责。通过对乾隆初年解决郭罗克问题的三种方案、清廷用兵郭罗克和郭罗克劫掠班禅喇嘛物件一案的分析和探究,并结合乾隆帝对这一问题的基本立场,能够让我们更加深入的理解乾隆前期在处理郭罗克问题上灵活措施。以"慎重"为基本指导原则的处理办法固然避免了爆发战争的可能性,但又使得这一地区的清代长期得不到稳定和安宁。Guoluoke is a Tibetan area around the southwest the looting affairs often happened in the history of Qing Qinghai province today. Around the area, Dynasty. So the Qing government has adopted three methods to solve the Guoluoke problem in the early Qianlong regime. This article makes some anal- ysis of the solutions, some cases related to Guoluoke problem, and basic principles on this issue, etc. , in order to help us have a clearer understanding of the flexible measures to deal with Guoluoke, among which, ＂ Carefulness＂ is the basic principle, which has the dual -possibilities： avoiding the war, but lacking of long - term stability in that area.
