摘　　要：结合国外住宅电气设计体会和我国具体情况,陈述对住宅电气设计的一些观点和看法。例如住宅配电变压器的选用,配电导线截面积的确定,接地和等电位联结的设置,剩余电流火灾报警值的整定以及对设置过欠电压防护的质疑等。Combining the understanding of foreign electrical design of residential buildings with specific circumstances in China, the article states some opinions and views about the design, like how to choose residential distribution transformer, how to confirm the cross-sectional area of power distribution wire, how to arrange grounding and equipotential connection, how to set the value of residual current fire alarm system, and questions about the setting of overvohage / undervohage protection.
