摘  要:利用二维气相色谱的原理和反吹技术,将预柱中的待测组分切换到分离柱中,建立汽油中甲缩醛、甲醇、乙醇和苯含量的检测方法。在进样状态下,待样品中被测组分(甲缩醛、甲醇、乙醇和苯)从预柱(SE-30)中流出后,将六通阀切换到反吹状态,重组分被反吹出预柱放空,被测组分(甲缩醛、甲醇、乙醇和苯)进入强极性的PEG-20M毛细管色谱柱中进行分析。采用氢焰离子化检测器(FID)、外标法定量进行分析。结果表明:在检测范围内线性关系良好,甲缩醛、甲醇、乙醇和苯4种组分的相关系数(r^2)分别为0.998 7、0.999 2、0.999 5和0.999 4;对标准样品进行6次重复实验,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2%,回收率为95.5%~105.3%。该方法操作简单,灵敏度高,检测结果准确、可靠。Determination of methylal, methanol, ethanol, and benzene in gasoline was established based on the principle of two-dimensional gas chromatography and the back flushing technique. The analytes were cut from pre-column to separation column. Under the injection condition, when the light components ( methylal, methanol, ethanol, and benzene) flowed out of pre-column ( SE-30), the 6-port switching valve was switched to the back flushing state to let them enter the strong polar PEG-20M capillary column for analysis, while the heavy components were back flushed out the pre-column vent. Flame ionization ditector (FID) and external standard method were applied to the quantitative analysis. Results showed that the four light compounds had a good linear relation with the correlation coefficients of 0. 998 7,0. 999 2, 0. 999 5 and 0. 999 4, the relative standard deviation (RSD) of less than 2%, and the recovery rate range of 95.5%-105.3%.The method was proved to be simple,sensitive,accurate, and reliable.
