面向陕西企业的“管家式”情报服务模式探讨

摘　　要：[目的 /意义]企业情报服务是连接情报与企业技术创新的桥梁。[方法 /过程]采用实地调研法、文献分析法、专家咨询法以及案例分析法,将情报作为工具嵌入企业的项目中,探索面向陕西企业的"管家式"情报服务模式。[结果 /结论]该服务模式一方面能够发挥我省情报研究机构的信息资源优势和智力优势,拓宽情报服务领域;另一方面能为我省企业创新需求提供全方位、全程化的情报服务,满足企业多重情报需求。[Purpose/significance] Enterprise intelligence service is a bridge between intelligence and enterprise＇s technological innovation. [Method/process] The paper adopts the methods of field survey, bibliometries, expert consultation and case study, takes intelligence as a tool and implants it into enterprise＇s project, and probes into a butler-type intelligence service model for enterprises in Shaanxi. [Result/conchlsion] On one hand, the model takes advantages of information resource and intelligence in information re- search institute in Shaanxi, and broadens the field of intelligence service; On the other hand, it provides whole all-dimensional intelli- gence service for enterprises in Shaanxi, and meets enterprises＇ multiple intelligence demands.
