On Development of Huizhou's Farmer Cooperatives

摘　　要：惠州农民专业合作社常因农村金融体系不够健全,发展规模偏小,地区性差异大,行业发展不均衡,缺乏科学的管理,导致合作社出现经营困难,利益分配无序,融资成本过高,资金异常匮乏等问题,严重阻碍了该组织的进一步做强与做大。文章通过对惠州市农民专业合作社进行系统的研究,找出农民专业合作社存在的问题,提出相应的对策及建议,使惠州市农民专业合作社健康持续发展。Problems in Huizhou＇s farmer cooperatives such as difficulties in management, disorder of profit distribution, high cost of financing, and abnormal lack of funds ere, seriously hinder their further development to be stronger and bigger. Such problems are often caused by imperfect rural financial system, small seale of development, great regional differences, unbalanced development of industry, and lack of scientific management. Based on systematic research of the farmer cooperatives in Huizhou, this paper finds out the problems existing in the farmer co-operatives, puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions so as to make the healthy and sustainable development of Huizhou＇ s farmer cooperatives.
