摘 要:以四氯化钛为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺杂镧的Ti O2微球。采用X-射线衍射、荧光光谱、扫描电镜等手段对样品进行表征,结果表明:所制得的掺杂镧的Ti O2微球直径在300~600μm之间,微球中Ti O2晶粒为锐钛矿相和金红石相的混合晶型,且以锐钛矿为主相,平均粒径为20 nm左右。分别在太阳光和300 W高压汞灯的光照下,考察了不同光催化剂对甲基橙染料的光催化效果,结果表明,掺杂La2O3的Ti O2复合微球具有较好的光催化性能。The Ti O2 microspheres with lanthanum doping are prepared by sol-gel method with Ti Cl4 as reaction material. The synthetic samples are charicterized by X-ray diffraction,fluorescence spectrum and scanning electron microscopy. Results show that the prepared Ti O2 is the mixture of anatase crystal and rutile crystal,and the main form is anatase crystal. The diameter of Ti O2 microspheres with lanthanum doping is between 300 ~ 600 μm,the average diameter of Ti O2 crystalline grain is about 20 nm.Irradiations are performed with 300 W high-pressure mercury lamp and sunlight,respectively. The photocatalytic effect on methyl orange is invesigated by different photocatalysts. The results show that the composite Ti O2 microspheres have better photocatalytic activity.
