摘 要:Redaelli代号Red1之6×36类独立钢芯海工钢丝绳,直径40~140 mm,共65个规格,用抗拉强度给钢丝绳赋级。研究表明:借用普通直径钢丝绳破断拉力计算公式,该钢丝绳破断拉力系数随绳径增大而明显降低,钢丝绳破断拉力不与绳径平方成正比;钢丝绳破断拉力与绳径间存在可拟合的数学关系式,破断拉力可拟合成绳径的二次函数或三次函数,且采用三次函数形式时由拟合关系式求得破断拉力与给出值对比误差更小;视钢丝绳破断拉力等于系数与绳径平方之积且拟合关系式选择三次函数形式,破断拉力系数随绳径增大而减小,二者间存在十分显著的线性关系,与BS 302/P7—1989、ISO 8369—1986及EN 12385-4:2002等给出钢丝绳破断拉力计算公式之反映一致。Redaelli 6 × 36 type independent steel core marine rope,the code is Red1,the diameter is 40 ~ 140 mm,has 65 specifications,and use tensile strength to assign grade for wire rope. Research shows: use broken force calculation formula of normal diameter wire rope,the wire rope broken force coefficient decrease obviously with the increase of rope diameter,rope broken force is not proportional to the square of rope diameter; rope broken force exists fitting mathematical relationship with rope diameter,broken force can be fitted into quadratic function or cubic function of the rope diameter,and the error value of obtained broken force according to the fitted relationship is smaller when using cubic function pattern; rope broken force is equal to the product of coefficient and square of rope diameter,and choose cubic function as the fitted relationship,broken force coefficient decrease with the rope diameter increase,obvious liner relationship exists between them,and in accordance with the rope broken force calculation formula provided by BS 302 / P7 ― 1989,ISO 8369 ― 1986 and EN 12385-4: 2002.
