摘  要:研究热处理温度和时间对2Cr19Ni9Mo奥氏体冷拉不锈钢丝卷制的触指弹簧组织和性能的影响。对1.6mm 2Cr19Ni9Mo不锈钢丝及弹簧进行回火处理,回火温度380~500℃,保温时间1~4 h,观察回火后2Cr19Ni9Mo钢丝的金相组织,检测显微硬度及抗拉强度,并使用弹簧拉压试验机检测回火后弹簧的弹簧特性值。试验结果表明,在380~420℃和460~500℃这2个回火温度范围内,2Cr19Ni9Mo钢丝的硬度和抗拉强度稳定提高,回火后的钢丝硬度约460 HV1,抗拉强度约1 950 MPa,触指弹簧的弹簧特性满足设计要求。To research the effect of heat treatment temperature and time on microstructure and property of touch spring coiled by 2Cr19Ni9 Mo austenitic cold-drawn stainless steel wire. Diameter 1. 6 mm 2Cr19Ni9 Mo stainless steel wire and spring were tempering treated,tempering temperature is 380 ~ 500 ℃,holding time is 1 ~ 4 h,the microstructure of the tempered2Cr19Ni9 Mo wire was observed. The hardness and tensile strength were tested,and spring property value of spring after tempering was tested by using spring tensile and compression testing machine. Results show that both hardness and tensile strength of 2Cr19Ni9 Mo wire were improved steadily within two tempering temperature range 380 ~ 420 ℃ and 460 ~ 500℃,steel wire hardness after tempering is about 460 HV1,tensile strength is about 1 950 MPa,the spring property of touch spring meets the requirements of designing.
