用工控机监控的钢丝水浴热处理控制系统

摘　　要：简述钢丝水浴基本原理及其对生产设备的要求,说明电气系统硬件组成和设计要点。该电气控制系统主要由工控机、PLC及智能仪表组成,实现对水浴槽液位、水浴液温度、储水箱液位的精确控制及水浴槽液体循环、浴液过滤等的继电控制,并能实时记录水浴温度和液位等相关参数,便于工艺分析,同时对超出工艺范围的参数发出报警并和其他报警信号一起记录,便于查询分析。给出电气控制系统图及采用紫金桥组态软件设计工控机程序的过程,并就工控机与PLC及智能仪表通讯参数设定予以详述。生产表明,该控制系统稳定可靠,水浴处理的胎圈钢丝性能达到工艺要求。To describe the basic principle of wire water bath and its requirement on production device,state the hardware composition and design main points of electric system. The electric control system consist of industrial computer,PLC,intelligent instrument,and realize accuracy control for water bath groove liquid level,water bath liquid temperature,storage water tank liquid level and relay control such as liquid circulate of water bath tank,bath liquid filter,and can record related parameter in time,such as water bath temperature and liquid level,it is easy to analyze the process,and will send alert when parameter goes beyond the process range,and record with other alert signal,convenient for analysis. Electric control system diagram and the process of industrial computer procedure designed by adopting Zijin bridge configuration software were given,and describe the parameter setting of industrial computer,PLC and intelligent instrument in detail. Production shows,the control system is stable and reliable,property of bead wire treated by water bath meet the process requirement.
