摘  要:对不同条件下直接空冷机组冷却单元和空冷岛的温度场、空气动力场进行了数值模拟分析,认为由于直接空冷凝汽器冷却单元的特殊结构等因素造成冷却空气动力场分布不均匀,且气象环境的剧烈变化给机组安全稳定运行带来风险。优化设计了直接空冷单元冷却空气流场导流装置,应用后,改善了空冷凝汽器传热单元换热的均匀性,提高了空冷凝汽器的散热能力及空冷机组抵御环境风影响的能力,机组运行的安全可靠性及经济性得以提高。Numerical simulation analysis of the temperature field and airflow field wascarried out on the cooling unit and air cooling island of direct air cooling unit underdifferent conditions, and it was considered that the cooling air dynamic field distributionwas not uniform, and the dramatic changes of the meteorological environment brought riskto the safety and stable operation of the unit. The optimization design of cooling air guidedevice of direct air cooling unit was carried, and its application improved the heat transferefficiency of the air cooling unit, improved the capacity of heat dissipation and influenceresistance of environment, the safety and reliability of the unit operation could be improved.
