摘 要:主要介绍了汽轮机组发生汽流激振的机理、特征及一般解决措施。针对某电厂330 MW汽轮机组在调试期间发生的汽流激振进行原因分析,认为由于高调门开度过大引起高、中压转子产生汽流激振。通过控制高调门开度及改变高调门运行方式将汽流激振故障消除,保证了机组长期稳定运行。同时提出在汽轮机安装检修和调试运行中可采取减小蒸汽激振力和提高轴系稳定性等消除汽流激振的建议。This paper introduces the mechanism, characteristics and general solutions ofsteam flow excited vibration in steam turbine unit. According to the steam excited vibrationfaults occurring in 330 MW steam turbine during the commissioning, the reason of faults isgiven. The certain level that the opening of high pressure control valve causes the steamflow excited vibration of high and intermediate pressure rotor. Results show that controllingthe valve opening and adjusting the running way of high pressure control valve caneliminate steam flow excited vibration and ensure the long-term stable operation of unit.Itis recommend that the steam flow excited vibration can be eliminated by reducing theexciting force as well as improving bearing stability during the installation, maintenanceand commissioning of steam turbine unit.
