摘  要:地下矿山极坚硬矿岩中深孔采矿一次爆破大块率高,不仅严重降低了采场的出矿能力,而且产生的大块矿石需再次爆破,增加了炸药消耗量,也给矿山的安全生产带来了隐患。结合会宝岭铁矿井下采场中深孔爆破试验,分析了采用分段空场法开采极坚硬矿岩时爆破产生大块的主要影响因素,并提出了降低爆破大块率的措施,取得了较好的经济技术指标。In the mining process of medium-length hole blasting of the extra-hard ore-bearing rocks,the rate of large blocks of the first blasting is high,which is not only affect the stope ore productivity capacity seriously,but also increase the explosive consumption by conducting the second blasting of the large ore blocks produced by the first blasting,and bring the hidden trouble for mine safety production.Combing with the medium-length hole blasting test of the underground stope of Huibaoling iron mine,the sub-level open stoping method is used to mining the extra-hard ore-bearing rocks,and the main influence factors of the large ore blocks produced in the process of medium-length hole blasting are analyzed,besides that,the measures of reducing the rate of large ore blocks are also discussed. The application results show that,the large ore blocks is reduced significantly by adopting the above measures,and some good economic and technical indicators are obtained.
