摘  要:针对百花岭钼选厂钼精矿每年夏季出现的季节性铜含量偏高问题,进行了矿浆温度对钼粗精矿浮选抑制剂巯基乙酸钠抑铜效果的影响试验,并考察了巯基乙酸钠和磷诺克斯在不同用量下,钼精矿中铜、铅杂质含量受矿浆温度的影响。结果表明:1使用巯基乙酸钠为抑制剂时,随着浮选矿浆温度在一定范围内升高,钼精矿品位和含铜量变化幅度均很小,在矿浆温度升高到某一温度时,钼精矿品位上升幅度较小或趋于平缓,铜含量则大幅上升;2巯基乙酸钠在较低的矿浆温度范围内对钼精矿铜、铅抑制效果影响均较小,超过某一温度,抑制效果显著降低,适当增加巯基乙酸钠用量,可以提高该温度。而磷诺克斯随矿浆温度变化对铜、铅杂质抑制效果影响都很小。该试验结果可为该钼选厂改善夏季钼精矿铜、铅杂质含量提供理论依据。Experiment on effect of pulp temperature on molybdenum rough concentrate flotation by sodium thioglycolate to inhibit copper was conducted,aiming at the problems of high copper content in molybdenum concentrate in Baihualing molybdenum dressing plant every summer,also effects of impurity content in molybdenum concentrate by pulp temperature at various dosage of sodium thioglycolate and PNokes. Results show that: 1as the flotation pulp temperature rise within a certain range when using sodium thioglycolate as depressor,the grade of molybdenum concentrate and the copper content change is very small,as the pulp temperature rise to a certain temperature,the grade of molybdenum concentrate rise or change in a small range,copper content have risen sharply; 2 thioglycolic acid sodium has little inhibition effects on copper and lead in molybdenum concentrate when the pulp temperature is relatively lower,the inhibition effect is significantly reduced when temperature is higher,increasing dosage of thioglycolic acid sodium,can raise the temperature. Inhibition effects of P-Nokes on impurity copper and lead becoming smaller as pulp temperature changes. The test results can provide the theoretical basis on molybdenum concentrates quality improve in summer on the molybdenum dressing plant.
